If you ever come across the Southern Living July 1984 edition apparently there's a recipe for Plantation Ribs.
DELICIOUS.
I made the marinade tonight and put it on baby back ribs and it turned out amazing. Mother had the recipe and put it in a binder of recipes for my brother and I, so that's how I have it.
If you're lucky maybe I'll put it online later, haha.
Tonight, however, it's time to relax to HBO and get ready for a girl's day! I'm going out to lunch with maybe some shopping or beach afterwards with Maddie and I'm very excited.
