Schedule

This is the schedule I made for us based on the PDF schedule I was given

Days 11-24

First Thing in the Morning Spark w/ Catalyst
1st Color MNS Packet

30 min later/Breakfast:
Meal Replacement Shake with both White MNS Packets (or take them at lunch)
OR
Choose one or two: 3 or 4 whole eggs, ½ cup oats with nuts or fruit

Mid Morning/After Gym Snack (If Needed)
Choose One or Two:
3 Eggs, 1 Fruit, Veggies, Nuts or Nut Butter, Hummus, 2 Rice Cakes, Can of Tuna

30 Min BEFORE Lunch: 2nd Color MNS Packet
Lunch
Protein with Vegetables
MNS White Packets (
if not taken at breakfast)

Mid Afternoon Snack
Spark w/ 3 Catalyst
Choose One or Two:
3 Eggs, 1 Fruit, Veggies, Nuts or Nut Butter, Hummus, 2 Rice Cakes, Can of Tuna

Dinner
Protein with Vegetables
**add rice or potato if needed

Evening snack (If needed)
Choose One or Two:
3 Eggs, 1 Fruit, Veggies, Nuts or Nut Butter, Hummus, 2 Rice Cakes, Can of Tuna

Bedtime
Nothing The only difference is that I replaced lunch with the Meal Replacement Shake and am doing egg whites and fruit for breakfast
